Partner Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms under which you are authorised to act as a partner of [Company Name].

1. Appointment

We appoint you as a non-exclusive partner to promote and sell our products in the agreed territory. This agreement does not create an employment relationship.

2. Commission structure

Your commission rate is defined in your partner profile and is based on your partner type. Commission is earned when an order reaches Completed status in our system.

3. Obligations

You agree to represent our products and services accurately, not to make claims that are not supported by our official marketing materials, and to maintain the confidentiality of pricing and partner-only information.

4. Duration

This agreement continues until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
