1. Use of the platform

Access to the partner portal is granted to authorised partners only. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Quotations

Quotes created through this platform are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until it has been formally accepted and an invoice has been issued.

3. Commissions

Commission rates are as agreed in your partner agreement. Commissions are calculated on completed orders and paid monthly in arrears. We reserve the right to withhold commission on orders that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts that are found to be in breach of these terms or our partner agreement.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
